Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance directly at this location, but Superbills are gladly provided upon request for potential reimbursement.
Note: Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after 12 months. Herbal treatments for Tiers 1 & 2 are priced as an add-on only.
